Sodexo is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist for InReach to assist with both internal and external customer invoicing.

This role may sit in either our Youngstown OH or Cheektowaga NY office.

The successful candidate will:

  • Review and resolve internal and external issues for various customers based on detailed specific customer requirements.

  • Prepare monthly invoicing for various billing activities and related journal entries.

  • Prepare monthly reporting & supporting documents relating to each customers invoice summary

  • Prepare various standard and ad-hoc reports to confirm that all invoicing and associated entries have been completed

  • Manage reports for customers as required and contact vendors for paperwork as needed.

  • Contact vendor or customers as needed for resolving any issues or outstanding unpaid invoices.

  • Scan customer invoices in SharePoint as needed.

  • Meet customer deadlines and misc. customer projects as needed.

  • Work with other team members as needed for balancing workloads.

  • Support various projects – SAP Phase 2, AR project, etc.

  • Support the Sodexo InReach Accounting & Finance department and the Director of Accounting as required

Minimum Training/Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Accounting degree preferred

  • Accounting or Accounts Receivable knowledge

  • Demonstrated attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
