DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Coordinator Intertek is searching for a Program Coordinator to join our Building & Constructionteam in our York, PA office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Certification Services!

The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Building and Construction - Certification Services by performing a full range of program duties, including coordinating tasks, customer support, interact with inspectors and laboratory staff, administrative planning, etc. We are looking for a candidate that is highly detail orientated, has excellent computer and customer service skills, has a flexible and positive attitude, and works well in a high-paced team environment.

What you'll do: * Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software. * Open jobs, prepare inspection materials and create invoices. * Coordinate with inspectors and laboratory testing staff. * Research a wide variety of information requests. * May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions. * Other duties as assigned.

What it takes to be successful in this role: * High School Diploma or GED. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills. * Detail oriented. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities. * Ability to analyze and solve problems. * Ability to type quickly and accurately. * Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames.
