Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators for multiple shifts to operate digital controlled machinery and auxiliary equipment, producing a quality product that meets customer expectations and production goals. Candidates will be responsible for loading raw materials, feeding wire correctly through machines, and removing finished products. Operators will also perform quality welds, preventative maintenance, and adjust equipment under supervision for optimal operation. Additionally, maintaining a clean and safe work environment is crucial. Successful candidates will participate in training, meetings, and possibly project teams. Machine Operators will be cross-trained on all machinery, with initial training taking place during the 1st shift for 4-6 weeks.
