PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Performs outbound, inbound, and inventory functions of SAP-EWM. Serves as primary point of contact for incoming telephone calls and sight visitors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Answering and directing calls with exceptional customer service, assessing their needs, and appropriately addressing their needs either individually or by transferring to whoever is best fit.

Assists in resolving routine inquiries as well as with problem orders, service information, and inventory availability.

Assists in accurate processing of inbound and outbound material using the ECC and EWM systems appropriately.

Organizing BOL's for outbound (daily), inbound (when needed), and other miscellaneous paperwork that needs to be filed for office and warehouse activities by collecting appropriate paperwork and filing in assigned files. These tasks must be completed using a uniform method that is well communicated with others.

Communicates with GROWMARK dispatchers and product divisions to appropriately plan daily outbound route loads.

Prepares reports and performs work processing assignments and related office and clerical duties as assigned.

Assists in inventory and stock location accuracy. Assists in supplying GROWMARK personnel with information regarding warehouse inventory records.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Performs other duties as assigned.

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a high school degree or equivalent and prefer customer service or related experience with clerical, writing, communication and mathematical demonstrated skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft's Word, Excel, and Outlook products.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must be willing to work hours other than those considered normal working hours, including weekends if needed.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
