Description:

The Customer Care Representatives help fuel the company's growth by providing a great customer experience. The team there is well known by their customers for the top-notch level of service provided. These positions are for the Building Products division. Job Duties - Prioritize incoming workflow - 80-100 calls per day - Assist callers with the needs or questions they have about products - Transfer calls to appropriate personnel as needed - Uphold a professional phone manner at all times Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Dress code: business casual
