Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians in conducting routine preventive maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize production disruptions.

• Coordinate with production managers to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize impact on production schedules.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.

• Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in equipment maintenance and repair.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
