Role Objective Overall purpose of this position: Team leaders must be able to lead others members of the production department and co-coordinating several activities, including operating machines,production,processing,packaging ,and sorting. They must also ensure that safety rules and quality procedures are strictly followed. Essential Functions and Responsibilities 1. Team leaders must have strong leadership skills, and are expected to direct, control, correct, and motivate the members of their team to achieve efficiency. 2. Work with management to plan and control activities. 3. Train new workers 4. Devise strategies that would help reduce production cost and increase production 5. Enforce safety rules 6. Must understand the importance of time management and be proactive at all times. Education and Experience Must have worked in Automation Rooms for 6 months (total amount of time). Must know how to run all machines effectively.
