Robert Half Instructor/Trainer in Wixom, Michigan

Description We are searching for an Instructor/Trainer to be based in Wixom, Michigan. The primary role of the incumbent will be to instruct and train individuals on a variety of computer programs and management systems, with a specific focus on Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suites. This role promises to provide a stimulating work environment that fosters growth and learning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs on computer software including Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suites.

• Implement a comprehensive management system to track progress and ensure effective learning.

• Utilize the 'About Time' software to manage and schedule training sessions.

• Perform administrative tasks related to training, such as maintaining records and preparing training materials.

• Collaborate with the Human Resources (HR) Administration to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the training programs.

• Regularly communicate with participants to gather feedback and make necessary improvements to the training programs.

• Support various accounting functions by training employees on relevant software and systems.

• Regularly update training materials and methods to ensure they are current and effective.

• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active participation and effective learning. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instructor/Trainer

• Proficient in the use of Computer Programs

• Familiarity with Management System

• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with the About Time system

• Knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Strong Communication skills

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

• Proven ability to manage and oversee training programs

• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple priorities

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of people
