We have an exceptional opportunity for a mission driven infection control leader with a passion for high standards in healthcare services in a fast-paced setting.

The MDS/ QAPI Manager will coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment process and manages the MDS schedule. In addition, this position functions as the infection control preventionist for the Health Center (IPCO). The focus of this position is managing specialized work efficiently with above average attention to details and commitment to tasks being completed on time. This position is extremely task oriented and will need sincere communication and strong follow through.

This position assists with a rotating "manager on duty"

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing required.

• Nursing license in good standing.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience. Minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care setting required.

• MDS Certification required prior or willing to obtain upon hire.

• Specialized training and experience in Infection Control and Prevention

• Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; and ability to maintain confidentiality residential information.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
