JOB SUMMARY

Investigates, assesses, and plans interventions to help patients cope with social, emotional, economic, and environmental problems.

Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Field required. Master's degree in Social Work preferred

Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Required Skills Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred but not required.

Required Skills Licenses: Licensed Bachelor or Master of Social Work for the State of Tennessee preferred
