JOB SUMMARY

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems and structures throughout the facility.

Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Preferred: Graduate of a program in discipline; as an example, career training in HVAC, plumbing, or as an electrician. Drag Edit Delete

Minimum Work Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a multi-skilled trade. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience preferred. Drag Edit Delete

Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Required to complete the Driver History information for the Fleet program. Required to provide current active personal car insurance information and pass the background check for the Motor Vehicle report.
