JOB SUMMARY

The Administrative Director – Nursing Operations assists the CNO in executive level management of resources, strategic planning and development of policies and procedures congruent with best practices as well as the mission and vision of STRHS. The Administrative Director – Nursing Operations has operational and functional responsibility for patient care areas as defined on the organizational chart.

Required Skills Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – AHA – at employment or within 6 months of hire
