Essential Functions

The incumbent will be responsible for the patient phlebotomy testing process and maintaining equipment and maintaining medical supplies for the rural health clinic. The incumbent will carry-out her/his duties by adhering to the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct, acts in the best interest of Clark Regional Medical Center, and fully supports the code of conduct, mission, vision, and values of Clark Regional Medical Center. The incumbent will have knowledge of healthcare systems, and have demonstrated the ability to interact, relate to, work with, and support the activities of a diverse workforce.

Job Requirements

Minimum EducationCompletion of an approved phlebotomy training course or equivalent. □ High school diploma or equivalent Required

Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
