Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

PRIMARY FUNCTION :

Assist in maintaining our existing software systems, developing solutions with Microsoft’s Power Platform, and creating high-level analytics reports using Power BI. Also required to organize, install, and support the organization’s computer systems and network.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and improve our organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services.

Develop new solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.

Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making processes.

Design and implement data models using Power BI Desktop, optimizing data sources, relationships, and calculations for efficient analysis.

Write and optimize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries and calculations to extract insights from complex datasets.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, identify opportunities for analytics-driven improvements, and deliver actionable insights.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT systems maintenance and development.

Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Proficient in handling confidential and sensitive data with professionalism.

Proficiency in managing and overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.

Experience with SQL and object-oriented programming is preferred

Knowledge of DAX for creating Power BI reports.

Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience with administering and optimizing Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and azure services.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative IT role, encompassing most or all job requirements listed.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and individual employees.

Hands-on experience with the Power Platform, SQL administration, Windows domain administration, and security best practices.

Proficient in administering and troubleshooting issues within a Cisco and Windows domain environment.

Strong skills in data modeling, data analysis, and statistical analysis.

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.

Experience in supervising team members and managing projects within a team setting.

Compensation:

Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.

Annual Salary $60,000.00 - $80,000.00

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
