Duties: Analyze methodologies and solutions to meet customer/user requirements for Design-for-Test by making use of EDA Tessent Technologies. Assist customers with the verification of their Tessent patterns and RTL. Create example testcases to help reproduce issues for customers with sensitive data concerns. Capture and explain tool bugs for product development engineering. Provide input to Tessent product engineering on new/future product features/enhancements to solve customer future Design-for-Test challenges. Provide input creation and improvement of Tessent documentation and training materials. Help customer with the creation of TCL Scripts to assist with special design flow automation needs. 5% domestic travel is required.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or in a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related Engineering occupation. Position requires 3 years of experience in the following: Performing Design-for-Test implementation; Developing and deploying a hierarchical design-for-test implementation flow to include scan insertion, automatic test pattern generation and verification, and Built-in-Self-Test Memory test implementation and verification; Creating example DFT flow test cases to assist with mimicking customer design environment or functionality; Debugging software bugs and providing detailed explanation to a software development team; Writing, interpreting, and debugging system Verilog; Writing and debugging TCL scripts; and Debugging real silicon.
