Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an experienced full time Patient Registration Representative to join our Patient Access team in the Emergency Department!

1 FTE, 40hrs/wk Monday-Friday day shift. Weekend and holiday rotations. Per department needs.

Summary:

The Patient Registration Representative performs outpatient and inpatient registration functions, provides general information to hospital users, patient's and families, ensuring patients meet financial requirements, and provides excellent patient focused customer service. The Patient Registration Representative communicates effectively to service delivery areas to maximize patient flow and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

• Medical Terminology required

• Previous experience in hospital admissions, business office and/or physician’s office preferred
