Description: Job Title: Advisor (1099) - Supply Chain Capacity Analyst

Location: remote / travel within domestic U.S (Northeast)

Pay Rate: Up to $80.00/hour

Subcontract agreement (LLC or 1099)

Shift: Flexible as needed (often times days)

Position Overview:

We are seeking candidates who excel in attention to detail and are proficient in executing transactions within ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of generating detailed reports, particularly concerning defect rates and performance metrics. Applicants should be proactive in monitoring project progress, ensuring all tasks are completed, and prepared to escalate concerns to management when service level agreements are not being met.

Core job duties:

• Be responsible for daily inventory transaction execution, and exception handling & analysis

• Escalate customer-impacting issues with action item owners and management

• Develop weekly reporting to identify trends and opportunities

• Help drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste

• Maintain/update documentation for internal training and reference

Core Skills and Qualifications:

• 10 plus years' experience as a seasoned specialist or Subject Matter Expert (SME) within manufacturing and supply chain

• Bachelor"s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other quantitative discipline

• Possess strong Math, Logical, and Problem Solving skills

• Expertise in Oracle EBS, Agile PLM, and EDI transactions

*Consideration given for candidates possessing an Associate's Degree with several years experience in Oracle EBS, Agile PLM, and EDI transactions.

• Capable of operating onsite alone to professionally represent Belcan to support multiple parties" interests (Customer/Supplier)

• Operate with speed and precision

• Ability to travel as needed and deploy rapidly in short notice to begin work due to assessment, supply chain disruptions, and project improvement initiatives

• Background working with Robotics/Automotive/Aerospace/Industrial OEMs, suppliers, and/or tooling and machine operations

• Previous experience in the tech industry

• Strong analytical abilities, high proficiency creating and managing models using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau

• Strong conceptual understanding of supply chain systems and networks, and configuration management
