Job Details Responsibilities Directing and providing medical care to patients within the MICU Providing consulting services throughout the hospital and emergency department Opportunities exist for procedures, including but not limited to central line placement, dialysis catheters, arterial lines, endotracheal intubation, thoracentesis and bronchoscopies Opportunity for clinical studies and teaching residents, nurse practitioners and physician assistants Requirements: Qualified candidates will be licensed by NY state and have a doctorate of medicine or osteopathic medicine from an accredited critical care fellowship, with board eligibility/certification. Candidates with a background in anesthesiology, internal medicine, neurology and surgery will also be considered. BCLS and ACLS certified from American Heart Association. No online courses are accepted. Salary Range USD $280,000.00 - USD $470,000.00 /Yr. This salary range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location.
