Urgently Seek ASales Rep. Account Manager

TradeCon Industries is currently needing to fill the position ASAP! As a Sale Rep. Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth. The Sales Rep Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. Ensuring their needs are met and at the same time driving revenue growth, while focused on customer value management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all TradeCon Industries' customer accounts
  • Manage the existing business portfolio, identifying opportunities to optimize our contribution in terms of quality, timing and efficiencies striving for new businesses
  • Ensure building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships, while understanding the client needs, drivers and priorities
  • Actively participate in the development of a clear action plan and strategy to meet and exceed quotas assigned to the BD/Sales team
  • Monitor the timely and successful delivery of solutions to satisfy customer needs and objectives
  • Be a continuous and effective support to the Sales team
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and accountable for business results

Requirements:

  • 6-12 Months of Sales Experience in the Construction Industry and comprehensive knowledge of the construction service market.
  • Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to locate potential clients and boost sales
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience/exposure with strategic sales in a business-to business sales environment.
  • Must be flexible to attend travel needs
  • Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales agreements, prioritizing customer satisfaction and exceeding sales goals
  • High motivation and a strong drive for results
