OPERATIONS - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES REPRESENTATION

Operations plays a critical role in supporting and coordinating construction - related activities. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also serve as a liaison between the construction team, clients , and other management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:Keeping the project moving according to plan. Finish on schedule and within budget, while meeting building codes, plans and specs.
• Budget Management:Assist in monitoring project budgets, Cost management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Quality Control:Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and resolve any quality issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Reporting and Documentation:Maintain detailed project records, prepare regular progress reports, and document any deviations from the project plan.
• Problem-Solving:Identify and resolve issues that may impact construction timelines and communicate these issues to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in construction project management or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in the construction industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Full Time Position

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
