URGENTLY HIRING FOR AN ACCOUNTING/BOOKKEEPER.

We are looking for an Accounting/Bookkeeper to perform daily accounting tasks that will support Tradecon Industries. Responsibilitiesinclude managing expense reports, entering financial transactions into our databases and reconciling invoices.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Accounting Manager with creating and editing financial documents
• Organize the bookkeeping process of the company
• Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses
• Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms
• Prepare bank deposits
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Review and file payroll documents

Education:

• High School Education (required).
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or other related field (preferred)

Skills:

• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
• Not required but preferred, hands-on experience with MS Excel
• Organization skills
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
• QuickBooks experience required
