ResponsibilitiesAssemble and install electrical systems.Assist lead technician & have autonomy to do work on your own.Adhere to safety policies and procedures.Work alongside customer service representative and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets.Qualifications2 years previous experience in the residential electrical field.Ability to handle physical workload.Excellent verbal communication skills.Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.Why Work for Lon Lockwood Electric?Passion: Reliable company.
