The Material Handler– Rapid PCBA is a member of our inventory team in the Power Tool Electronics Laboratory. Your main responsibility will be providing inventory support to the SMT team to deliver Electronic Prototypes on time, with high quality and with a continuous improvement mindset.

You’ll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Gather/ prepare materials to support production of SMT and through hole manufacturing.

  • Return unused components to inventory and follow all MSL procedures.

  • Report low quantity of components.

  • Periodic inventory audit.

  • Effectively communicate project delays and updates.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Work to improve productivity while maintaining quality standards.

  • Practice 5S and Safety.

What TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • Requires education equivalent to four years of high school.

  • Possess effective communication skills with team members.

  • Must be able to identify electronic components, polarity, values, etc.

  • Experience using and working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to quickly change tasking.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • Manufacturing experience with automated assembly and inspection equipment.

  • Experience working in a production minded environment.

  • Knowledge of PCBA handling.
