Roles and Responsibilities

• Work across functional accountabilities like, order mgmt, HPM, service, gov't comm'l, A/R / collections to prevent defects and delays

• Understand requirements of the gov't and build personal expertise in their various processes to insure our work meets the needs

• Early success, visibility to and management of govt orders moving from order to cash collected, end to end process to reduce defects and past due amounts

• Long term, clear standard work and continuous improvement of the end to end with the outcome of less manual interventions required

• Problem solving mindset for the unique scenarios that arise

• Identify issues early, and resolve escalations quickly

• Lead daily / weekly mgmt across accountabilities for unbilled and in process billing

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in customer facing operations or processes

• Clear strength in written and oral communication

• Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across functions

Desired Characteristics

• Lean / continuous improvement experience

• Strong data driven, problem solving skill set

• Strong active listening and customer centricity
