Our client is seeking a Training Specialist to join their team. As a Training Specialist , you will be part of the Healthcare supporting.

Location: Remote

Pay Range:$ 25-29/Hr

Summary:

  • The Training Enablement Program Leader will partner with Area Service Leaders (ASLs) to orchestrate individual training plans and drive compliant execution of the outlined training plan relevant to the market and service area of interest.

  • This individual will leverage the voice of the teams supported, available analytical tools and references, and market dynamics to optimize a plan with each respective people leader and streamline the execution of the training plan.

  • The Training Enablement Program Leader is expected to work across their regional and global counterparts for sharing best practices and driving relevant insights for continued improvements on training needs.

  • As an integral member of the Training Operations team, this individual is expected to demonstrate safety-first mindset with attention to compliant execution, maintaining applicable processes as part of the Quality Management System and EHS policies and procedures in addition to driving a culture of belonging, inclusiveness, and people development, directly and indirectly, throughout the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in collaboration with field service teams to create an individualized training plan for both onboarding team members and throughout employee tenure to coincide with market evolution.

  • Supply monthly report to field service representative people leaders that identifies training needs and corresponding opportunities to execute leveraging installed base data and service delivery analytic tools (Trace, workforce deployment models, etc.).

  • Drive improvements in customer experience through efficient and effective operations and customer communications processes.

  • Lead and assist in daily technical training escalations, collaborating with others professionally to solve issues in cost-effective manner.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and creative solutioning for optimized organizational metrics for field-based training demand and directional forecasting.

  • Responsible for acting as a subject matter expert in areas of ownership and leading critical project execution wing to wing across functions and in timely manner.

  • Work with regional leads and global education teams on shared support models for education and training, integrating best practices for operations.

  • Collaborate with field service leadership throughout the learning journey on successful mentor identification and outcomes, facilitation of train the trainer sessions, and offering regional customer support for pre/post technical training inquiries.

  • Promote Lean methodology and execution with conviction and urgency in all operational touches of the training operations organization.

  • Drive continuous, measurable improvement of training demand models for backlog tracking, headcount planning, and optimized utilization of training resources to achieve all education commitments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the technical, healthcare, or business environment.

  • Demonstrated self-starter, self-directed, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic business environment.

  • Project management experience with effective time management and organizational skills.

  • Experience in Operations or Customer Service with demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).

  • Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve, demonstrating a continuous improvement mentality to drive change management.

  • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport.

  • Act with optimism, humility, and hustle.
