Responsibilities You will support the maintenance of SSP's command-wide EVM policies, instructions, and guides consistent with the organization's strategic vision and in compliance with higher authority. You will develop and maintain of Integrated Program Management (IPM) and EVM education materials and plans in accordance with requirements. You will monitor status of and make recommendations for command IPM/EVM training. You will review contract provisions for IPM/EVM. You will improve EVM analysis methods, tools, databases, and processes, and perform analysis on assigned datasets. You will manage coordination of EVM inputs into internal and higher-level reports (e. g. DOD EVM Central Repository, ASN (RDA) Dashboard). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting earned value analysis or integrated program management to manage risks, identify opportunities, and perform root cause analysis for weapons systems acquisitions. Education Additional Information This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-3 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 and GS-13. This announcement uses the AcqDemo Business & Technical Mgmt direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive serviced. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Certain incentives (such as Recruitment, Relocation or Student Loan Repayment) may be authorized to eligible selectees. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
