Robert Half Analyst, Sales Operations in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Analyst, Sales Operations. This role involves operating within the Commercial Operations Organization to ensure manageability of the operations planning process at various levels, facilitating the gathering and aggregating of inventory levels, and maximizing Field inventory logistics.

Responsibilities: • Facilitate the gathering and aggregating of inventory levels and demand forecasting • Develop forecasts, logistical plans, and capital analysis • Maximize Field inventory logistics and Distributor product availability • Utilize analytical abilities to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions • Communicate effectively with teams and leaders, and review and understand sales/financial data • Identify usage trends in the business line and act as primary liaison between field sales force and Internal Operations to define inventory needs • Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimize field instrument and implant configurations • Drive demand generation process for new and existing distribution opportunities • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory needs for new opportunities are filled timely • Develop and distribute inventory scorecards and metrics to track inventory efficiency and performance at revenue center level • Assist with day to day logistical activities required to ensure product is available to meet customer demand and maintain operational effectiveness. Requirements • Proven experience in Sales and Operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in Planning, Policy, and Planning Processes

• Familiarity with Design, Audit, Logistics, and Revenue Accounting

• Practical knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to act as a Liaison and demonstrate Productivity

• Experience in Forecasting and Metric Reporting

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Understanding of Optimization processes

• Ability to Execute tasks and work as part of a Team

• Experience with CRM and Capital Management
