Responsibilities

Review and assist with daily clinical staffing to ensure adequate staffing.

• Assist with maintaining scheduling system and/or manual records of staffing assignments and changes.

• Work collaboratively with clinical unit leadership to facilitate staffing changes to minimize negative financial impact.

• Assist with data collection for reporting on financial indicators and staffing related data.

• Serve as a resource to staff for questions related to clinical schedules.

• May maintain files for the staffing office (reports, staffing sheets, agency bookings, agency staff credentials) and input data into electronic scheduling system of agency credentials.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
