Description The Registered Nurse provides care to sick, disabled and/or injured persons in their home environment under the direction of a physician and in collaboration with other team members. He/she assesses individual and family health needs, collaborates in the development of a nursing care plan, carries out nursing skills, teaches health management concepts and consults appropriate resources within the organization and community. Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing degree/diploma from school of nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire.
