We're looking for a reliable Payroll Clerk to join our team, offering $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience. As a pivotal part of our accounting team, your primary role as a Payroll Clerk will involve maintaining our payroll system updated by adding new hires, departures, changes in job positions, and pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll information by collecting, analyzing, and verifying data.

• Carry out relevant deductions from pay, such as for social security and insurance.

• Address and rectify discrepancies in payroll records.

• Liaise with relevant individuals and departments to ensure accuracy in payroll data.

• Stay up to date with relevant legal and tax laws related to payroll.

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll services.

• Basic computer skills, particularly in data entry/keyboarding.

• Proficient in payroll software.

• Excellent attention to detail.
