Our Global Services function is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager, Field Installation to join our high-performing team. Partnering with cross-functional teams in Commercial Excellence, Sales, Connectivity Engineers, Application Specialists and Field Service, you willlead the implementations of Hologic network products at customer sites. You will prepare customers for product installation in alignment with revenue recognition goals. The role is highly dynamic, requiring strong management and leadership skills, and the ability to oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously. Strong collaboration and clear communication are key, and you are representing Hologic at the highest standards.

The right candidate will need to have a good level of technical proficiency in the field and experienced working in the Healthcare or Medical Technology industries, and well-versed in network, infrastructure and servers environments. Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is a plus. Travel of up to 25% is required.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

• Forecasts new product installation revenue for assigned territory

• Leads Hologic and customer personnel to install Hologic products within a customer’s network environment.

• Maintains project timeline, within budget.

• Leads internal and external customer meetings to achieve milestones, ensuring successful implementation.

• Reviews scope of work and pre-installation requirements with customer representatives. Coordinates additional meetings with Connectivity Engineers, when necessary.

• Performs site assessments as needed.

• Maintain applications scheduling system for clarity and accuracy.

• Analyzes options and offers alternative scheduling solutions with customers to not only benefit and accommodate the customer’s needs but the company’s best interest as well.

• Ensures proper inventory arrives to customer locations

• Validates customer requested ship and delivery dates with install team members.

• Validates site readiness and communicates any schedule changes immediately to minimize impact to manufacturing and revenue recognition back to Account Executive and Sales Admin for action on outstanding items.

• Provides weekly reports/schedules (dates, status changes, demographic info etc.)

• Oversees installation and coordinates additional resources, when necessary.

• Provides multiple sources of information to the customer

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field preferred; equivalent blend of education and experience may be considered.

• 5 - 8 years of experience in medical capital equipment site planning and installation coordination

• Knowledge of information systems, medical device integration and computer networks

The annualized base salary range for this role is $81,000 to $126,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
