Description: Team Leader is responsible for building and leading the team of associates responsible for serving clients in partnership with branch teams. This is a new service offered to branches that launched in 2018. This team leader will initially have primary responsibility for hiring and onboarding the talent in the area and then will ultimately lead a team of Advisors, Branch Office Administrators, and Client Service Team Associates. The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the Edward Jones Value Proposition is consistently delivered to clients by this team in a way that gives clients an ideal client experience. Desired candidates possess experience working with Branch Teams and have a strong working knowledge of the FA Position and how the Branch Teams operate effectively. Previous leadership, service team, and/or FA training experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate the best client support delivery to clients served in the program.

  • Make key decisions on how the HQ team will be utilized to serve our clients in partnership with branch teams.

  • Responsible for contributing the strategic thinking and change leadership necessary to grow a new client support area in the firm.

  • Responsible for the development and performance of the associates in the department.
