We are looking for a Senior Digital Content & Video Producer to join our growing Partner Enablement team.

We are seeking an individual with a strong personality who has experience in software or agency business.

You should have expertise in video production and the creation of digital content, including websites.

Your background could have various facets. You might have previously worked as a video producer in a product marketing role or as a graphic designer in an agency with an interest and technical know-how in video production.

We expect you to assist us in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for new and existing partners, enabling them to sell, demo, and implement our software solutions effectively.

Your main responsibility is to act as the central point of contact for our team of subject matter experts for various solutions.

You will assist them in creating the appropriate videos and digital content to ensure that our partners can be served in the most effective digital and self-serve manner possible.

As a Digital Content & Video Producer, you will collaborate with one of our product Subject Matter Experts (SME) to determine the best-suited content for our education platforms/ sites. This content will include videos, written materials, and self-serve-led demos that partners can use to try out the solutions themselves.

You will be responsible for planning, designing, and driving the entire production process. Our team places a high emphasis on visual design and user-friendliness, so if you share the same perspective and have experience working with design, you would be an excellent fit for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Partner Enablement Team to deliver videos for the various software solutions we offer to the market – this for both clients to use them for self-serve purposes or partners to be trained

• Conceptualize and plan video projects from start to finish

• Coordinate all aspects of video production, including shooting, editing and post-production

• Ensure all videos meet quality standards and brand guidelines

• Create and own setup of digital content on training platforms and websites

• Deliver training material and presentations to be used for training of partners

• Deliver graphical elements for various purposes

Work Location:UK London Qualifications: Your skill set:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in product marketing, video production or related fields

• Experience in video production

• Proficient in video editing software

• Ability to work under tight deadlines, lead and plan work

• Insight into InDesign, Photoshop, or similar design tools

• Great Content writing skills

• A sharp eye for detail and getting things done

• Interest in being up-to-date on the best digital ways of communicating and training

• Experience with CMS solutions and setup of site content

• Experience in building training material and training programs will be appreciated

• Experience in the software or ERP business is an extra great skill.
