Please check www.deltek.com for more information.Auto req ID:9256BRExternal Job Title:Security Quality Assurance AnalystPosition Responsibilities: Deltek is looking for a high-energy and driven person to join its Security Team in advancing the security of our products and the growing Cloud environments. You’ll work closely with Deltek’s teams using a risk-based approach to implement security at scale. This go-to role has responsibility for security applications, processes, and configurations that directly impact the security posture of Deltek’s SaaS products including within AWS and other Cloud environments.

You’ll bring your security experience to weave security throughout our applications as well as the cloud infrastructure running in Deltek’s Customer SaaS environment. The successful candidate will be curious, creative, and tenacious; and views challenges as a means to grow professionally in the cloud security space.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and implementing standards for information security inspection of cloud and traditional data center deployed technology and services\\

  • Developing a workflow for security inspection

  • Maintaining and updating process guides and assisting with reporting

  • Reviewing systems and following up with the appropriate channels on findings

  • Work with project delivery teams to assess as-built environments and assets to ensure that they meet all security and compliance requirements prior to go-live and on an ongoing basis.

  • Monitor the output of Cloud Security Posture Management and other tools for alerts and escalate to appropriate teams.

  • Evaluate cloud change management requests to ensure alignment to defined and best practice security requirements.

  • Evaluate cloud change management implementation to validate against initial request

Documenting and reporting product or service security quality levels.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve security configuration problems for products and environments.

  • Training other quality insurance members on all inspection and other processes.

Work Location:India-RemoteQualifications: Desired Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related or equivalent experience.

  • Strong to expert-level knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI platforms.

  • Strong to expert-level working knowledge of infrastructure and cloud security.

  • Strong knowledge of security compliance requirements as they relate to cloud implementations.

  • 3+ years’ experience in supporting products securely in a large-scale, high-availability cloud environment.

  • Strong knowledge of operational security tactics and best practices.

  • Experience with SaaS-delivered products, applications, and services to customers

    Desired Technical Knowledge & Skills:

  • AWS, Azure, or similar certifications.

  • Microsoft and/or Linux certifications.

  • SSCP, GIAC, or other security-related certifications desired.

  • Credibility and high professionalism.

  • Knowledge of Firewalls, Security Groups, Key management, and integrity monitoring

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Amazing customer service skills, can-do attitude

  • Ability to perform work after normal business hours.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Collaborative, innovative, and curious.

  • Attention to detail and follow through on tasks.

  • The position will work closely with Deltek staff in the Philippines, US, and EU.
