As a Finance Business Partner, you will be working with your team to oversee all things Finance within the Customer Success organization, looking after finance strategy, scenario modelling, business partnering and business decision support for this complex and fast-moving business. Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Customer Success leadership to ensure timely & accurate bookings & expense forecasts.

• Owing all aspects of the monthly reporting cycle and analysis including review and insights with key Finance & Customer Success leaders

• Supporting the budget process to meet the needs of the Finance & Customer Success team

• Operational reporting to measure and analyze KPIs that drive success.

• Financial modeling to support business objectives.

• Reporting for short, medium and long-range planning with key commercial and operational stakeholders

• Ad hoc project work as required.

Work Location:US RemoteQualifications:

• Strong academics, with a bachelor's degree in business or accounting/financial subject

• Strong Excel skills - ability to model data and tell stories about the impacts and implications of the model.

• Power BI experience a major plus

• At least 5 years FP&A experience, GTM FP&A experience a major plus.

• Solid years commercial experience, including business and commercial decision support.

• Excellent interpersonal effectiveness, with the ability to influence and challenge.

• Highly analytical and curious in solving business challenges.

• Be ready & willing to challenge the status quo for a better future.

• Detail orientated but able to see the bigger picture.

This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
