JEA Intern - Engineering in United States

JEA is seeking students for our paid 2025 Summer Internship Program. Students selected to participate in our Internship Program will have an opportunity to gain real world, on-the-job experience, and network with business professionals to develop valuable leadership, professional etiquette and presentation skills.

Engineering As an Engineering Intern with JEA, you will have an opportunity to leverage your skills in electrical, mechanical, industrial, chemical, civil, or environmental engineering. You will take on meaningful work contributing to projects in your specialty area such as transmission and distribution, turbines, fuels analysis, and more.

To be considered you must meet the following requirements:

  • Rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior in one of the following preferred Bachelor's Degree Programs: - Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical)

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher Youmustattach a copy of your transcripts in order to verify your GPA.

  • Available to work a 32-hour work week for 13 weeks between May and August
