Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for customer experience (CX) and a knack for driving cross-functional projects to success? Our esteemed pharmaceutical client is looking for a CX Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Please note, IT Program Management is not applicable to this role, and will not be considered.

CX Project Manager

Location: Remote (must be in EST)

Rate: $62.00 - $65.00 per hour

Duration: 12 month contract

Role Summary:

As a CX Project Manager, you will support a variety of CX projects, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery. You will work under multiple Project Leads to develop timelines, track deliverables, streamline communication, and manage all project management activities. Your role will be crucial in supporting the CX Project Lead's strategy and the business team's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Conduct activities such as meeting facilitation, action tracking, risk and issues management, status preparation, change evaluation, schedule updates, follow-ups, financial tracking, and developing and managing project plans.

  • Lifecycle Phases: Support the planning and delivery of lifecycle phases and coordinate within the portfolio management process.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including product owners, scrum masters, business analysts, and business leads about timelines, status, deadlines, data requirements, and logistics.

  • Data Synthesis: Transform data into presentable formats, assisting in the creation of impactful slides.

  • Professional Interaction: Maintain a high degree of polish, professionalism, and reliability in interactions to ensure needs are met, changes are incorporated, and deliverables exceed expectations.

  • CX Representation: Represent CX in daily stand-ups and ensure deliverables align with user stories.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant project management experience.

  • CX Knowledge: Strongly preferred.

  • Industry Experience: Experience in regulated industries such as Pharma, healthcare, medical device, or finance is preferred.(please note, IT PM expereince will not be considered)

  • Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with proven ability to gain buy-in at all levels and across cross-functional teams.

  • Organization: Demonstrated effective organization, time management skills, and ability to handle ambiguity.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Jira, MS Office, MS Project, or other PM tools.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a self-starter.

  • Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Certification: PMP required or in process.
