Role and Responsibilities

CAE, the world leader in aviation training is seeking a Customer Service Representative, Flight Resources to join our team at our Phoenix Aviation Academy in Mesa, AZ.

If you are someone with strong customer service skills or call center background, the ability to multi-task and enjoy a fast-paced environment this role is for you! Our Academy is a 24 hour/day operation.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative, Flight Services include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that the Flight Operations systems are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that flights are efficiently dispatched and that all company and regulatory checks are performed.

  • Ensure a safe workplace is always maintained.

  • Conduct daily inspections of technical logs.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Previous experience of working within a customer service focused environment.

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to advise students on policies and procedures.

  • Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

  • Aviation experience is a plus

Positions are open with 4 - ten hour day shifts.

*Shifts may be subject to change based on business needs.
