Quality Analyst I

Job Description

The Quality Analyst I performs quality control inspection and disposition of materials and products according to specifications. This role involves conducting QC inspections using various measuring instruments and methods, managing non-conforming materials or products, and ensuring compliance with FDA, state OSHA, and ISO regulations. Key responsibilities include reviewing batch production and manufacturing records, coordinating CAPA, NCR, and Deviation records, tracking environmental monitoring programs, assisting in problem-solving and root cause analysis, and maintaining accurate QC records. This position requires flexibility in shift timings and occasional work in clean rooms or labs.
