• MA-C License for Washington State, or in the process -- this is mandatory, no exceptions.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
• Current CPR certificate
• Electronic Health Records Experience
• At least 2 years clinic back office experience
• 1 + years injection experience, preferably in pediatrics
• Excellent telephone, customer service and people skills
• Legible and clear communication; written and oral, English
• Demonstrated interpersonal and customer services skills
• Demonstrated literacy in using computers and keyboarding
• Skills in problem-solving, setting priorities and using good judgment for decisions
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Sound decision making
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
