Responsibilities:

• Project Management/Coordination of the Workplace Violence Prevention Program, potentially including system configuration, integration, and optimization, as well as documentation of training records, incidents, inspections, and requests.

• Perform high-volume data entry.

• Manage project scope, milestones, and all deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, align technical solutions with strategic goals, provide updates, and address concerns.

• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

• Facilitate cross-functional engagement to foster collaboration and drive project progress.

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related discipline

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager w/BA Lineage

• Demonstrated success in the management of technical development projects using agile methodologies.

• PMP (desirable)

• Media/Entertainment and/or Marketing Industry experience (desirable)

• Experience supporting SaaS applications and troubleshooting

• Proficiency in tools necessary to perform this role: MS Project, PPT, Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
