A Transmission Field Services Work Management Coordinator Associate is needed for a world class utility company in the Tulsa, OK area. This role involves assisting higher-level employees in coordinating and scheduling Transmission Field Services activities, collecting and managing data, supporting outage requests, and participating in meetings to optimize work schedules and facilitate efficient operations within the electrical utility sector.

responsibilities:

• Assist higher-level employees as TFS Coordinator.

• Aid in scheduling pre-determined work activities of Transmission field personnel.

• Assist in collecting data, data entry, and maintaining schedules using approved software.

• Support TFS outage requests, including entering outages into TOA or its successor.

• Participate in meetings with various project, outage, construction, maintenance, operations, and commissioning groups.

• Assist in organizing, coordinating, and attending outage coordination meetings.

• Support higher-level employees in coordinating changes to the work schedule when necessary.

• Assist in developing, reviewing, and presenting statistical reports related to work scheduling, crew utilization, etc.

Skills:

• Basic working knowledge of MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

• strong communication skills.

• Teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with planning and scheduling techniques.

Education and Experience:

• Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or related technical field and one year of experience or

• High school diploma and 2-3 years of direct electrical utility experience.
