Refrigeration Technicians for Hire Right Now!

Job Description

We are seeking refrigeration technicians for 1st shift (7am-3:30pm) and 3rd shift (7pm-11am) with a $2.75 shift differential. The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends based on team rotation in a 24/7 facility. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment performing preventative and repair maintenance, preferably in the food industry. Candidates must enjoy working in a team-centric environment in food manufacturing.

Hard Skills

• Ammonia refrigeration system safe operation, preventative maintenance, and repair

• HVAC system maintenance and repair

• Meeting PSM requirements

• Maintenance and repair of plant support systems including boilers, air compressors, high pressure hot water plumbing, and equipment movers

Soft Skills

• Team-centric mindset

$30/hr
