What you need to be successful

To excel as a Maintenance Technician at The Bama Companies, proficiency in various technical areas is key. Successful candidates should be adept in at least five of the following skill sets and have a basic understanding of the others: automated equipment setup, PLC troubleshooting, motor controls maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, AC inverters repair, DC controllers maintenance, as well as strong electrical skills. Mechanical system expertise, including pneumatics, bearings, gears, and sprockets, is also essential. A knack for detailed work, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with shop machinery and normal industrial tools are critical for this role.
