Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Managerial availability on weekends is required to address and assist staff with any inquiries or concerns .

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved program in the Imaging field or Registered Nurse degree is required; Bachelor's Degree in Radiology, Nursing or related major is preferred

  Registration by the American Association of Radiologic Technologists required.

• Three to five years of progressively more responsible experience in various supervisory and radiology capacities in order to a) acquire advanced clinical skills, b) acquire a thorough knowledge of standards and guidelines established for the department, c) become familiar with radiology equipment and associated vendors, and d) develop suitable interpersonal, analytical and managerial skills.

• Managerial and supervisory ability to plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the radiology department.

• Analytical ability to evaluate employees and program/departmental effectiveness, prepare reports, determine equipment needs, administer a budget, develop administrative and technical procedures, perform staff radiologic technologist duties, and so forth.
