Age Specific Responsibility Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in assigned department. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to age-specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures. Summary The Program Director provides leadership for assigned areas of responsibility for outpatient programs within Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Network. This leader participates in business planning, establishing financial and clinical performance goals, community relations, marketing, program development, and business strategy. This leader is responsible for staffing, staff training and development, quality improvement, clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, productivity, and day-to-day operations. Essential Job Responsibilities * Program Leadership - Direct activities in assigned programs to assure high value services. Work with other leaders to maintain and pursue accreditation and certifications of programs under their leadership. * Fiscal Responsibility - Identify, report, and manage in a timely fashion all key performance indicators (KPI) relative to the operations of assigned programs and services. Prepares and monitors operating, personnel, and capital budgets for identified outpatient service areas to meet programmatic needs, new service development, and financial goals.
