We install, own, operate and maintain this compressed air system for an agreed time and supply a steady stream of high-quality, guaranteed, compressed air. Installation Project Manager Responsibilities: Provide support to Team to help develop and track project scopes of work, construction schedules, requests for information, instruction to contractors, change orders, operation documents. Coordinate project documentation with Customers, Contractors, and internal team. Conduct routine coordination meetings on Microsoft Teams with customers and team members. Ensure Safety focus and complete job safety analysis, pre task plans, applicable permits. Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure quality and On Time installation. Review and understand the company project documentation system and policies. Review plans and specifications and ensure documentation compliance. Overnight travel and out-of-town stay required, Travel expectations 80-90% out of town. Skills Needed: Proficiency in Construction Document Interpretation and Development needed. Electrical/Construction experience preferred. Knowledge of compressed gas equipment, system design, preferred. Ability to interpret plan specifications. Must be a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills as well as verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to multi-task and work with limited supervision. Ability to interface with customers, vendors, and peers. Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, Adobe Professional, MS Teams, Smartsheet, and Outlook Must be able to work in a team environment and be eager to learn.
