Job Skills / Requirements

Essential Accountabilities:

  1. Perform all those duties necessary involving all phases of electrical maintenance, repair and installation of building electrical equipment and systems.

  2. Proficient in the proper use of multimeter, and electrical diagnostic testing techniques on all electrical components.

  3. Proficient with Mobile TMA Go, work order (WO) dispatching and recording system, follow all operating procedures for receiving electronic, WO’s assignments on routine or emergency basis. Also capable of receiving all work assignments given verbally or written instructions to complete assigned tasks.

  4. Perform various electrical installations and repairs related to all electrical facilities and related equipment, in accordance with National Electric Code (NEC).

  5. Perform those duties necessary to carry out Preventative Maintenance (PM) i.e., inspections, cleaning, and adjusting of all electrical equipment.

  6. Assures that equipment is being maintained in a safe manner. Minimizes down time through proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.
