OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: Enter information records, such as services provided by a unit, financial transactions accomplished by a unit, or participants/enrollees in programs administered by a unit into appropriate automated system(s). May retrieve data from automated system and/or prepare standard reports. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE GOOD: Key Responsibilities: Prepare or format data, such as tables, questionnaire responses, production or sales figures, financial data, or business unit data for entry into system. Key data into appropriate system(s), format data in spreadsheets or other applications, or use screens from established data management program. May run preliminary sorts, edits, or reports using entered data; may review errors or edit reports and reenter data. May run reports using various data management software for use by unit management. May maintain filing system. Standard Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Time. Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time. *During training - Time off will not be approved. It is imperative that you are available during ALL necessary training hours. Pay Information: Starting rate $15.00 per hour (possibly more for areas with a higher cost of living) WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: High School or equivalentrequired. Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred. Skills & Abilities: Intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and other data systems required. Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills required. Must be detail oriented; possess strong organizational skills and the ability to process data with speed and accuracy.
