Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Benefit Specialists to join our team. This role is focused on managing the annual enrollment period for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and life insurance, with the necessary licenses to operate in this field. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the annual enrollment period for health and life insurance benefits.

* Provide expert guidance and support to clients regarding their benefits options.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

* Assist clients in understanding and selecting the best insurance plans to meet their needs.

* Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits enrollment.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

* Stay up-to-date with changes in health and life insurance regulations and industry trends.

Skills and Requirements

* Valid health and life insurance license.

* Proven experience as a Benefits Specialist or in a similar role.

* Must have gone through 2 AEP's

* Experience working in telehealth specifically in Medicare.

* Strong knowledge of health and life insurance products and regulations.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Bilingual in Spanish. null
